Receiving Your Order

Once you have placed your order, we need 1-3 business days to prepare the shipment. We ship with Royal Mail, 2nd Class. This normally arrives in 2-3 business days.

Orders over £35 are free P&P. Order under this are charged at £3.

Where do we ship

We only ship to the UK. We want to try and leave as small of an impact on our plant as we can. We don't believe that shipping from outside our own country is going in the right direction in reducing climate change. Instead, we thank our overseas visitors for their interest and ask them to shop more local.

Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to let us know you would like to return your order. Naturally, your candle has to be in the same condition you received it – unused. Shipping costs for the return are paid by the customer.

In the unlikely event you are returning the candle back to us due to damage during delivery or another issue, we will cover your postage.
